ABOUT BILL BLACK:
I was born and raised in Ralston, NE and have never moved away from this fabulous city!  Before receiving my license in 1983, I worked many years at Millard Lumber as a building estimator which has given me a great working knowledge of houses from the building aspect.  I have enjoyed helping families and people since 1983 with their real estate needs, having many contacts in the Omaha area.   I have been married to Coleen for 27 years.  We have two daughters, and one son.  Our "claim to fame" as a family was moving a large 2 story 3600 Sq Ft Colonial House 15 miles out of the Omaha city limits to a subdivision just west of Omaha in the summer of 2003.  Having to acquire many permits to perform this task gave me a tenancity that I could help any buyer achieve their dream of owning a new home.

My team of professionals include:  my wife, Coleen who answers the main phone of 680-2500 most all of the time, and works in the office doing lots of paperwork.  Joni Vittetoe & Tracy Bingham are both licensed and ready to help you.  As the leader of the team, I am able to assist in difficult negotiation situations and have had all kinds of situations where we have been challenged joyfully to the end.... and then we celebrate!
