The Bill Black Team Helped us!

Moving to Omaha with a Family?  We did it!  My wife and three boys knew nothing of Omaha!  However, Bill was gracious to show us this fabulous city on a tour when we came to apply for a job here.  We then looked at several houses before deciding to build.  Relocating is never fun, but it was an EASY ADJUSTMENT with the Bill Black Team helping us!

Bill and his team were very helpful in helping us find our first home!   We, at first wanted to build, but then decided to find an existing home!  We love our new home and are very grateful to Bill and his team for walking us step by step to get into this terrific house!    --  Matt & Megan

WOW -- did our house sell FAST!   Bill came and told us what to do to get our home sold, and within a month, we were out looking for a place for us to live!  As it turns out, we're going to be building our DREAM HOME with Keith Carson, a home builder since 1977!  We love Bill and his team of professionals!     -- Doug & Debi

One thing I appreciate about Bill is that he is patient.  I sold my house almost a year ago now and have been living with a relative until I find my new home.  He put me on his automatic email system and I have been searching for the "PERFECT" home through that. When I find several houses I like, he takes me out and we look for a morning, with no pressure!  I know there's a house waiting for me and together with Bill's team, we'll be all be CELEBRATING!   -- Donna
